Aereth is not dying. It is being forgotten.
Aereth is a Minecraft MMORPG-style world shaped by memory, Fragments, Intent, and Erasure. In a world without gods, players survive by shaping Intent, uncovering lost histories, and becoming what the world remembers them as.
Recovered Records
Intent
Active mental states players shape and hold. Intent influences how a character grows and how the world responds to them.
Fragments
Persistent misalignments in reality that attach to a player. Fragments change perception, responsibility, interface, and consequence — not simple collectible upgrades.
Erasure
The force consuming Aereth. Not fire, not war — forgetting. Cities vanish from records, names lose meaning, creatures return wrong.
Titles
What the world remembers you as. Earned through play rather than chosen at creation.
Fragment Records
Most entries below are still being classified — Aereth's own rule is that nothing gets art or a final role until its place in the world is settled. That uncertainty is shown here rather than hidden.
